  10. The PUBLIC ACCESS NOTICE posted at the building address PROHIBITS REMOVAL for photocopying purposes. And, it does appear that the property owner (Starlight) and the management company (Devon) do not object to your compliance with this petition for a COPY in view of the existing public posting of the Inspection Report; and, therein, it may be considered as a duty of care matter that a copy is made available to all tenants post haste regarding the issues and questions of public health; especially, regarding residing infants and new borns that are currently suffering through both the interior and exterior renovations (in progress and incomplete)
